Occupancy (Prices)

• Standard 1 Bedroom Studio: $120 US per room per night + $10 Additional person
• 2 Bedroom Apartment : $140 US per room per night + $20 Additional person

Please note: Guaranteed reservations can be cancelled without charges up to 24 hours before check in date;

In case of NO SHOW (a guaranteed reservation which has not been cancelled in time), the first night will be charged.

Notice to Guest

This property is privately owned and Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. MANAGEMENT is not responsible for any accidents or injury to guest or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind left behind after CHECK OUT. I AGREE that my liability for this bill is not waived and I’m to be held liable in the event that the company indicated or myself failed to pay for the full amount of these charges including any missing/damaged items. I agree that if an attorney is retained to collect these charges, I will pay all reasonable fees and cost incurred. If payment is by credit card, you are authorized to charge my account for all charges incurred, including any and all damages/missing items.

I AGREE renting this room is for my own residency ONLY. In the event I should have additional guests during my stay, I understand that I will be billed+$10 per person per night for the studio and +$20 per person per night for the Apartment. My signature below denotes my consent to notify Management Office of any and all overnight guests during my stay. Long Term guest, payments are to be made every 15 days.
